Before launching this platform, we were running our own virtual assistant agency. Like many others, we poured everything into serving clients—building systems, training staff, responding quickly, and doing great work. And like many others… sometimes clients left anyway.

They didn’t always leave because of us.

We always wondered:

That quiet question is what gave birth to VA Audits.
